Most water filters in the market have replaceable filters which create waste by having to be replaced. Silter uses elements like sand, gravel, charcoal, and cotton to naturally filter water and has an aeropress mechanism to accelerate the filtration process.
Silter is inspired by a simple DIY used by campers and backpackers.
After filtering larger particles, the bottle is placed in the sun for the instructed amount of time until the sterilization process is complete.
Silter comes with the full instructions printed on the bottle for a more seamless process.
